Applied Research Associates - Junior Intelligence Analyst
Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) seeks a Junior Intelligence Analyst to perform analysis of complex problems to produce intelligence products. Under minimal supervision, the candidate provides broad intelligence exploitation assignments. Duties include conducting independent research to identify, acquire, validate, and assess information related to broad intelligence exploitation to produce intelligence products. The candidate will evaluate and integrate all-source information to determine the relevance and significance of developments in adversary capabilities. The Analyst must be capable of briefing the products to senior leadership, performing technical tasks independently, and being willing to learn new techniques to accomplish tasks through research and self-study.
Junior Intelligence Analyst Security Clearance Requirements:
TS/SCI Security Clearance
Junior Intelligence Analyst Required Experience:
- 8-10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience in lieu of a degree
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Experience using intelligence reporting tools
- Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Very detailed oriented
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
Junior Intelligence Analyst Desired Experience:
- Proficient with research/analysis tools: Palantir, Analyst Notebook
- Experience with GEOINT, IMINT SIGINT, HUMINT, COMINT, MASINT, and/or OSINT
- Bachelor’s Degree
