Consulting Services Group is currently seeking highly skilled Cyber Intelligence professionals with familiarity with Signature Management supporting one of our current Intelligence Community customers. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required,
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
CYBER Intelligence /Signature Management (SM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports all aspects of Cyber/SM activities involving the planning and execution of sensitive operations, assisting in the coordination of multiple projects.
Drafts and maintains SM and CYBER policy; reviewing SM Program documents, reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other required regulatory documents to ensure compliance with U.S. law and Department of Defense (DoD) polices and regulations.
Provides substantive input to component commands/units in planning and submitting CYBER / SM plans, applies critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to creating, refining, communicating, and briefing operational solutions in the written and spoken word in English for approval at the GO/SES level .
Provides subject matter expertise and innovation during training events, conferences, working groups, and organizational meetings to support mission planning objectives and directed tasks.
Prepares operational Cyber / SM Plans. Responds to, drafts, and advises senior leadership on all aspects of Serious Incident Reporting
Advises senior leadership on issues affecting CYBER SM programs by presenting mission briefs, and formal staffing memorandums. Maintains all required records / documentation, responds to requests for input, and prepares research papers.
Conducts technical supportability reviews for submitted CYBER SM Plans, requirements, and amending/supporting documents.
Advises the leadership on emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes that may impact CYBER SM programs and proposes solutions to solve emerging issues observing trends in data security and implementing those that would benefit the customer.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
Must have a current/active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
Must have experience as Cyber Operations Specialist (17 series MOS/25D MOS), or equivalent experience in other services, governmental agencies or in the commercial sector or one (1) year or more experience as a SM user working in SM support offices or in direct support of DoD SM operations. The ideal candidate would have both.
Intermediate with Linux Admin, 1 of the JCITA courses or one (1) year of Tradecraft experience
Must have experience briefing or directly supporting General/Flag Officers and senior executives.
Must have at operational DoD, IC and IA experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Desired Qualifications:
Responsible to complete specific SM training courses.

Linux Command Line training
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred with 2 years’ experience in tradecraft.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years’ experience in tradecraft.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret, (TS/SCI)
Travel: Occasional short term CONUS travel may be required.
Employee Status: Full-Time
Job Location: On site in the vicinity of Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
