The Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst shall perform a wide range of analytic tasks, to include; (1) Research relevant sources of information on foreign targets and conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources (I.e. advanced analytics, deep/dark web and managed attributions) to access, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of nation security issues and developments that are regional or functions in nature; (2) Developing query strategies to obtain relevant research information and determining how reliable and significant incoming intelligence information might be; (3) Profiling foreign targets and their actives; (4) Incorporate new or updated data to ensure the decision makers have the most current and complete information possible related to their current focus areas; (5) Work with the Division Senior Intelligence Analyst, Subject Matter Experts. Branch Chiefs/Senior Analysts to determine use of tools as necessary to ensure rigor and objectivity of analysis.
Minimum Required Experience: Demonstrate ability to maintain accurate and complete files, manage multiple priorities, and follow oral and written instructions; ability to effectively collect, analyze, summarize, interpret, and communicate information and technical data orally and in writing; compile reports and undertake projects relating to critical issues as needed; demonstrate ability to work semi-independently, establish priorities, and achieve high level results with limited direct supervision; analyze multi-faceted data in order to show methods, trends, and patterns relating to areas of interest; demonstrated ability to create and provide intelligence briefings for levels of personnel; proficient knowledge in open source research and analytical tools; provide specialized intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to decision makers requirements; provide specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support.
Required Experience: A range of related subject matter expertise in one or more areas of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. Expertise sought in these areas includes: training, research, automated systems development analysis or implementation; generate intelligence from data and information derives from multiple all source intelligence disciplines, to include human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGNET), communication intelligence (COMINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT), open source intelligence (OSINT), targeting analysis, and collections management. Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst shall have experience with specific networks (i.e. JWICS, SIPR, NIPR) to identify vulnerabilities for exploitation.
Education and Experience:
Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst shall possess either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. Ten plus (10+) years of experience as an intelligence subject matter expert or in an intelligence operations role; ability to align service tasks to Combatant Command objectives (i.e. CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM) intelligence problem sets; ability to collaborate and innovate to solve problems; ability to explain complex problems to senior leadership; TS/SCI clearance, knowledge of data science tools and practices.
