CEdge Software Consultants - Cyber Counterintelligence SME
Cedge is seeking a qualified Cyber Counterintelligence SME. The SME's primary function will be Cyberspace support to a government agency within the National Capital Region.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate ability to analyze network logs to identify anomalies related to foreign threats
- Demonstrate familiarity with national-level analytical products
- Demonstrate knowledge of foreign intelligence entity (FIE) trends for methods of operations (tradecraft) in collecting information on Department of Defense equities
- Write operational and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
- Demonstrate specific knowledge of CI Cyber and insider threat tools and software, such as ArcSight, Splunk, and Encase
- Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)
- Conduct briefings and debriefings
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year CI, OSINT, or HUMIT experience
- At least 1 year Cybersecurity experience
- Experience on the Job with using the cyber tool Splunk
- Experience writing operational and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
- Strong briefing skills / ability to present to small and large audiences
- Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree
Desired:
- Information Technology or Security Certification
- Experience working with the United States Department of Defense (DoD)
