Responsibilities:
- Train contract personnel on the adaptation of new open source tools and IT workflow as directed, such as Human Language Technology (HLT), web scraping, or any other tools used in the act of or support of open source collection
- Create and facilitate appropriate training courses required for personnel to perform job related functions, and to maintain or upgrade skills to stay current in technology and required competency levels
- Establish periodic and advanced training objectives for all personnel
- Identify personnel skills gaps and develop and conduct courses designed for those personnel skill gaps through custom training or commercially available training
- Maintain training records for all personnel
- Provide training both in-person or online
- Identify training needs
