The Leidos Intelligence Group has a career opportunity for a Senior All-Source Analyst in the Columbia, MD area. The effort provides rapid response to on-site intelligence requirements for DoD operational and/or deployed forces. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Summary
The All-Source Analyst (ASA) conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature; provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements; provides analytic reviews to include cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions. Additionally, the ASA develops and implements research and process improvements in collaboration with Government leadership including but not limited to conducting in-depth analysis of operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries; reviews IC products, reporting, and open-source information daily to create and maintain foundational understanding of intelligence, terrorist, criminal, and commercial entities' capabilities.
Produces all-source intelligence products such as:
- Adversarial Threat Assessments
- Commercial Threat Assessments
- Vulnerability Threat Assessments
- Industry Baseline Assessments
- Compromise Implication Assessments
Participated in analytic efforts such as:
- Trends and Lessons Learned
- Vulnerability and Consequence Assessments
- Risk Minimization, Management and Mitigation
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university. A Bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, may be substituted for the Master’s degree.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience conducting all-source analysis, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Experience with some of the following intelligence types; HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, Geospatial intelligence, OSINT, TECHINT.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and agencies across the Intelligence Community.
- Demonstrated experience synthesizing and placing intelligence information in context, drawing insights about the possible implications, and preparing reports for government customers.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
