Senior Product Owner - Social Links

We develop cutting-edge analytical and investigation tools using information from social networks, the media, the dark web, and other open sources. S&P 500 companies and law enforcement agencies from more than 50 countries stand among our clients. We have been growing rapidly for the last six years and plan to become the next unicorn with a billion-dollar capitalization.

With the revenue, our team grows as well — we are looking for an experienced business-oriented Product Owner, a professional who will take the responsibility for one of our main Open-Source Intelligence solution’s commercial results.

Duties:

  • Managing product as a business entity (data-driven strategic planning, ICP and PMF identification, unit-economy and other financial calculations, key client management, etc.)
  • Driving product sales (sales plan co-creation, presale activities, sale manager and partner training, customer interaction, sales funnel control)
  • Driving product marketing (marketing plan co-creation, participating in marketing and PR activities, content creation)
  • Managing product as a technical entity (product roadmap and backlog governance, customer development, software development control)

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of positive IT-B2B product owner experience
  • Deep understanding of the commercial development process
  • Experience in customer development, interviewing, and hypothesis testing
  • Ability to form and negotiate business requirements with the stakeholders and development team, build (and follow) roadmap, maintain a product backlog, etc.
  • Experience in product finances (unit-economy, rate setting, P&L, etc.)
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis
  • Experience in customer communication and sales support
  • Good communication skills and the ability to quickly find a common language with people
  • Willingness to take the initiative and responsibility for one's actions
  • Self-sufficiency and great prioritization skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Good written and spoken Russian (for day-to-day communication, correspondence and reading documents)

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in financial or business analyst role
  • Teaching, public speaking and media content-creation experience
  • Experience working in international companies in an English-speaking environment
  • OSINT experience
