Social Links - Global Sales Director


We are Social Links, a global OSINT company with HQ in the US. Our company develops AI-based products that empower organizations to conduct effective investigations and achieve a range of goals using open sources.

We are actively growing.  And we have big ambitions. Our current goal is to become a $1B unicorn company by 2025 while building an international OSINT community.

Since the company’s foundation, we have developed as a global company and now have over 500 clients from around the world (except Russia and the CIS), including some of the largest international corporations in the B2B and B2G segments. We work with half of the law enforcement agencies within the European Union, as well as companies from the S&P 500.

We assemble massive volumes of data and deep insights from open sources in Social media, Blockchain and the Darknet and visualize a holistic picture for data-driven decisions and investigations.

Now we are looking for an experienced Global Sales Director.


Your focus will be on achieving results that are aligned with Social Links’s strategic goals. You will be able to take ownership and lead the sales process with a lot of autonomy.

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Identify and create new opportunities, increase operational efficiencies and implement new business strategies
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  • Developing our overall sales plan by overseeing forecasts and KPI reporting
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to achieve set goals
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
  • Grow, develop and manage the sales team

What you need to succeed

  • Strong track record (9+ years) of selling IT products and services in a B2B/B2G environment
  • Extensive experience as a Head of International Sales/Global Sales Director(3+ years)
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving and expanding product sales environment
  • Excellent command of English. Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Preferably with experience in a (tech) startup environment
