Counterintelligence Analyst – Mid (USSTRATCOM Counterintelligence (CI) Support)

ANTICIPATED START DATE: October 2023

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly

Place of Performance: Offutt AFB, Nebraska

Celestar Corporation, a company is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst – Mid to support the USSTRATCOM Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Division (J2X) by providing timely, responsive, thorough, accurate and insightful studies, analysis, assessments, and evaluations to support USSTRATCOM J2X mission and goals.

Must possess experience in the below Qualification Areas demonstrating specialized training or experience, capable of assessing FIE threats to:

· DoD nuclear operations

· Nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3)

· Integrated missile defense (IMD)

· Experience in cyberspace related to nuclear capabilities

· Supply chains pertaining to USSTRATCOM systems and acquisitions

· Demonstrated specialized experience, or training on, using publicly available information (PAI) and performing open source research in the furtherance of intelligence analysis and production (Demonstrated training shall consist of: Basic Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Course and Basic OSINT Tradecraft Training within the last 5 years)

· Demonstrated specialized experience, or training on, human targeting (e.g., Joint CI & HUMINT Analysis & Targeting Course (JCHATC), or similar course)

· Demonstrated specialized experience with, or training on, tools for analyzing geo-tagged data (Demonstration of the qualification shall consist of the following training: DIA Tools for Analyzing Geo-Tagged Data (DTAG-D) offered by the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center, or similar course.)

· Demonstrate strong intelligence research and analysis skills, including knowledge of, and ability to apply, IC analytic tradecraft and analytic writing styles, as well as a firm understanding of the utility and purpose of multiple production lines

· Experience authoring complex search queries in IC reporting databases. Strongly desired and recommended training includes: PACE Essentials, or other IC equivalent analyst-qualifying coursework

· Demonstrate strong writing skills suitable to clearly, concisely, and logically communicate analytic findings to a diverse set of clients

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience; with at least one (1) year of intelligence analysis experience within the last two (2) years

· Experience or training performing staff officer/action officer duties in a Joint Environment

· Possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel. Highly desired skills include experience creating and modifying wiki-type websites (HTML), such as that used in Intellipedia

  • Bachelor’s Degree
